Sehr stylisches Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, angenehme Atmosphäre im Restaurant beim Frühstück, sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen, sauberes Zimmer/Badezimmer, Aufdeck-Service am Abend

I stayed at the Heritage Hotel on Friday, June 21. I had a business meeting near the hotel and the location was very convenient. It's a small boutique hotel located in the area of Salamanca (15 min. from central Madrid) with 46 rooms.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you can see the good taste of the renowned Spanish interior designer Lorenzo Castillo, who combines classic elegance with the use of fine materials such as silk, velvets, lacquered wood, polychrome marble and hand-painted wallpaper according to the French technique of the 18th century. To this is added the owners' passion for antiques, who have contributed their collection of antiques and European works of art from the 18th to the end of the 19th century which are carefully displayed throughout the hotel decorate the rooms to give this cocoon all its charm. I particularly enjoyed the green tea-room close to the reception.

I stayed in room 25 (superior double room) on the 2nd floor with blue hand-painted wallpaper. There was even a small balcony. Though overlooking the street, the room was very quiet. The soundproofing in the room is perfect. I like the zig zag-pattern wooden floor

The conservatory-style bar, with green and white floral fabrics and mirrored walls, is an oasis spot for afternoon tea

There is a pleasant terrace, and a solarium (but no pool).

My room was well-appointed. The staff is very professional.

Breakfast is served in the Haroma restaurant dining room and was excellent.

I didn't give 5 because there was an oversight with the bed turndown service (and another incident in the wardrobe). Furthermore, it seemed that the fridge was not working properly as all the drinks in my fridge were hot.

However, the management upon my departure reacted immediately in a very professional way.

I will not hesitate to come back to Hotel Heritage as I love the area which is very pleasant and far away from the mass tourism of Puerta del Sol. Salamanca is the best area in Madrid for shopping and there are lots of excellent restaurants By taxi, the center is just 10 to 15 min.

Great location, superb staff, well-maintained property and stunning rooms. The staff were wonderful and helped us a great deal on places to see and dine at.

The staff exceeded expectations in every way! Helpful in every way. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is located in the Salamanca . We walked everywhere and felt very safe even when waking back from dinner each night. Much of the city’s good shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance.
